Because you just can't get away from paperwork, here's where you will find the forms, documents, and other paperwork needs.
13.Feb.11 Standard Operating Procedures
The above Operating Procedures document has been approved for distribution by the Management Team.
This is a place to start. We know it’s not perfect and we fully expect that it will be a living document that will need adjustment in the future as our membership and situations change. We feel, however, that it a workable place to start. We will hold an annual meeting in April or May at which time we will ratify this document by the membership. It will be posted on the website as well.
Feel free to peruse it when you can’t get to sleep J or if you are interested in some of the changes this document proposes to make to the Procedures the chorus uses for various decisions about things like leaves of absence, rehearsals and performances, dues, MT elections, costumes and most other things pertaining to chorus business. In most cases it just puts into writing what we are already doing but makes it official. In other cases it standardizes some areas that we’d not made consistent decisions on.
If you have questions, you can contact a MT member or a member of the SOP committee (Heather, Kim, Cindy, Nancy, Karen & Patty). Our thanks to that group who has worked for months to pull this document together.
If you need to take a leave of absence, click here to access the new chorus Leave of Absence Request form. Download the form, fill it out, then scan it in and email it to Diane at leediane78@yahoo.com or bring it to chorus with you.
